Aunt Marge's Art My Aunt Marge passed in January. She willed all of her artwork to my brother, sister & myself. We knew it had value but really didn't know where to begin with research and appraisal. Elsie suggested we do a general exploration to see if any of the art was worth further investigation. Elsie spent most of the day at our house and gave us a thorough evaluation when she was done with her research. We will be further researching some of the pieces and Elsie will be assisting with that process as well. We had a great experience with Elsie. She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with.

Kind and competent estate appraisal Elsie Arredondo was able to provide my family with verbal appraisals for the artwork in my mother's estate. We were a bit scattered due to legal demands on us but Elsie was kind and flexible. She enabled a timely and highly competent appraisal. Later, when I had a few questions about shipping and auction houses, I was grateful for Elsie's continuing support. I feel very confident in recommending her to others needed estate appraisals.

The appraiser arrived on time and… The appraiser arrived on time and proceeded to inspect the paintings. She took photos of the fronts and backs and removed photographs from the frames. She finished close to the estimated time. She researched the values and sent a well-documented appraisal for our insurance which included photos of all works.

Excellent experience! The owner, Elsie, knows a lot about art, yet makes it very accessible for those who may be new to collecting or learning about it. She's patient and kind, yet knowledgeable!

Art Valuation Workshop I enjoyed the event very much. The presentation was very informative. I learned ways to identify artists and research and estimate the value of artwork. It was also fun to research the artist of a painting brought in by one of the guests.
