Canto has really streamlined our… Canto has really streamlined our process, and it has allowed us to MUCH more easily share things with our team across the state. The start-up process was rough and a bit confusing, but we have been able to really jump into using the system more as we understand it. The support team rolling out updates and creating a better product over time is amazing. It makes me confident that the product can only get better!

It wasn't easy to find the right DAM to… It wasn't easy to find the right DAM to manage our pictures. Canto was easy to set up and it is for nearly everybody self-explanatory. It convinced us with its role & rights concept, good thumbnails, support for nearly every datatype and an understandable metadata-management. The option to set up portals helps us to spread our media to different target groups.

Canto is D.A.M. Good We have been using Canto now for over two years as our one-stop-shop for all of our forward-facing brand assets. From imagery to videos and logos to digital catalogs, Canto has helped our business share these crucial files with our partners who need them. Price and features for our use case were the determining factors in choosing this product over others.

It has streamlined so many processes It has streamlined so many processes. Everyone on our team now knows exactly where everything lives and can access it themselves. Before we just had a dropbox account that everyone accessed under the same generic login. There was no accountability of oversight. Now were are able to track any changes that are made, easily collaborate, and get what we need, when we need it.

Simple DAM that quickly solves asset management issues Pros: Simple to use and works in both a browser and a desktop app. It has previews for Adobe native files which helps a lot when looking for specific assets. Cons: The UI isn't great — it's not easy to view + pull down assets quickly without "going into" them. The UX could definitely benefit from some tweaking, but no major issues blocking functionality. Overall: Simple tool to solve DAM needs!
