GBRamsay Poindexter was a great listener Ramsay Poindexter was a great listener. When I brought up I definitely couldn't afford the $333/Month, she continued to render decent customer service. When I asked about other options other than the "bundle" offer, she said there was none. Ben Thompson, setting these corporate rules, should be as kind and empathetic, and not just into making a lot of $ at tinnitus sufferers expense.
