Impressive Customer Service The buying experience was clear and easy. Before purchasing, I was in a chat with Casey Bowlby, who answered every question I had, directly and not in an around about way. I purchased that evening and still had another question, yet the chat was closed. To my surprise, Casey (the same rep from the day before) emailed and called me in the morning. I was very impressed with that level of customer service! Haven't had to file a claim, but my hope is that in the event I do, the process will be just as simple and clear.

I just bought a Fitness Liability… I just bought a Fitness Liability Insurance policy. I don't know how ProSight Direct is as far as handling actual claims...but I do know the website was a pleasure to use! It seems very organized and easy to follow, explained things clearly, and I was able to do everything I needed simply and pretty quickly.
