Impressive Customer Service The buying experience was clear and easy. Before purchasing, I was in a chat with Casey Bowlby, who answered every question I had, directly and not in an around about way. I purchased that evening and still had another question, yet the chat was closed. To my surprise, Casey (the same rep from the day before) emailed and called me in the morning. I was very impressed with that level of customer service! Haven't had to file a claim, but my hope is that in the event I do, the process will be just as simple and clear.

Misleading marketing The customer service was fine. It was the misleading marketing that ticked me off. It says monthly payments on the website, but you end up paying full price upon checkout. I first thought that it was just showing the total id be paying in the next six month via monthly payments, but my statement showed otherwise. I have no problem paying the premium in full because it is low enough, but the fact that they had to trick consumers like that is not necessary. I would rather pay more on a business that is upfront with their customers. Insurance is supposed to give peace of mind, not the opposite.

Easy Sign-Up, Helpful Customer Service It was super easy to sign up for Prosight Fitness Insurance and get the coverage that I needed as a fitness instructor. I was, however, disappointed that my policy automatically renewed without receiving notification of the renewal ahead of time. (Perhaps an email was sent to the spam folder?) But when I called in to cancel my policy because I was no longer teaching fitness classes due to injury, I received immediate help and a refund on that policy.

I just bought a Fitness Liability… I just bought a Fitness Liability Insurance policy. I don't know how ProSight Direct is as far as handling actual claims...but I do know the website was a pleasure to use! It seems very organized and easy to follow, explained things clearly, and I was able to do everything I needed simply and pretty quickly. Compared to other companies I have tried to use, this was so much better! So far, so good. Thank you!

But ... Good marketing strategy, Good Service, Good friendliness of the telephone representative, but I am not pleased with the total cost of insurance, since in the advertising they announce a monthly cost, which for 6 months gives a total amount that was the one They charged me... Thks Dj UNDA
