They lost a star because of their inventory system. When ordering online, I frequently have issues with high demand items being on back-order, but displayed as in-stock. As annoying as this can be at times, Chad has done a great job of assisting me before I submit my order so I am aware of what's unavailable ahead of time and can make the appropriate substitutions.
