Windship and Mighty Joe I've been doing business with my rep, Joe, for a long time. Our business relationship predates his tenure with Windship and I was SO happy when he got on board with them. I wasn't doing business with Windship for all sorts of reasons and I told him that when he joined their team. He assured me any past events would be reconciled and I would be as happy with him there as I was when he was with VaporNation. If he worked for/with me I'd never let him go. I can't say enough great things about him, his professionalism, or the way he handles anything and everything. I never worry when purchasing from Windship anymore, and Joe is the reason why. I also do appreciate the hard work and effort all over there have put in to turn things around, and I have to say they've all done a great job of working out the prior kinks and growing pains. My shop is in Massachusetts, so things have been pretty rough over here. Without Joe's help and support, I don't think I'd still be open. Scott is the best sales rep Scott is the best, he always does his best to make sure we are up to date on the latest products and that everything is to our satisfaction.

Without stock... Not always all the products are available, too many back orders in the invoice. But everything's else is Okay, very glad with the time response, executive contact, and the product mix. So it would be only that issue; we had never get a order with all the products that we ask for, too many back ordered because they break stock.
