GBI liked Layla's attention to detail. But NOT DR. B's attitude I liked Layla's attention to detail. She really seemed as though she cared about the process for ME, the customer. Now on the other hand ...what I did NOT care for was the Dr's Appointment. I had an appointment at 3pm. I was at work when I received the call, so I need to step away from a meeting and call the Dr. back. Literally 2 minutes later. When Dr. B answered the phone, He didn't even say Hello" He said" Why didn't you just answer the phone when I called you?" Very RUDE. I will no longer ask for this Dr. Totally not worth the $$ I paid for him. Just because I smoke pot doesn't mean my time is not JUST as valuable as the Dr's
