Top notch care from the comfort of my home. I love being able to receive top notch care from the comfort of my home. It's nice not having to risk being exposed to other sickness while taking care of my family's health.

This was my first time accessing… This was my first time accessing Teledoc & will use again after this pleasant experience. I called due to cough that had persisted for over a week. The provider listened to my concerns & could obviously hear the cough during the phone call. The provider went over my current meds & noticed I was already taking an antibiotic. At that point, provider recommended steroids. I am very thankful for having this option to speak with a qualified physician! Thank you Teledoc!

Will use again! We were so pleasantly surprised after we could not get into an urgent care for our daughter without a four hour wait that we were able to use Teladoc for a visit with a very short wait. We can’t believe how easy it was to use and how helpful the provider was.

I am still shocked at how fast and easy… I am still shocked at how fast and easy that was! The coolest experience of my life (maybe a bit of an exaggeration, but WHOA!!!). I was able to register my account, set the appointment, and have the phone call appointment in the same amount of time it would have taken me to load my children up and start heading to an Urgent Care. We avoided the drive, the waiting room, and the repeating my symptoms multiple times to multiple people. It was probably the only doctor’s visit I’ve ever had that I actually felt heard and cared for! A simple health problem that had a simple solution and a fast and easy appointment to resolve the issue without unnecessary time and travel! SO COOL!

Great way to get non-emergency help What was great about this was the ingenuity of the idea- I had a full on doctor's office from the comfort of my home for the same price as a co-pay for an actual in person visit. I was able to upload pictures and have a video chat with the doctor, and when he prescribed something, it went directly to my usual pharmacy. Great service, will definitely use again!
