GBI cannot adequately express my… I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Dr Novick and Patricia for their professionalism and sincerity. I had tried hearing aids a few years ago and they sat in my drawer. I was missing so much in conversation I had to try again. They persisted until we found my perfect match. Not all hearing aids are the same and humans , of course, vary widely in what they are missing and what they need and what they can tolerate. Finding this sweet spot is no easy task. I cannot imagine buying these devices off the shelf and expecting this kind of result. I will be forever grateful.
