A dish tells us a story, and we are committed to emphasize it, promoting a healthy relationship with performance nutrition. At CAPONUTRITION, we only work with athletes, from professionals to amateur and recreational. We firmly believe that sport is an essential piece of a puzzle called well-being. Wether you train for a Sunday ride in Malibu with your friends or for the UFC belt, you are an athlete. Carbohydrates are crucial to fuel performance and recovery is as important as training. Pasta with pesto, when used in the right context, never made anyone gaining weight. Best in the business Amazing sports nutritionist who used science-based, peer-reviewed research to tailor the diets of athletes that he works with. Talking to him you immediately understand that he knows what he is talking about and he is super helpful with giving examples of how to employ his diet plan that he gives you during the day.
