Great Arch Linux VPS The Arch Linux VPS works perfectly out of the box although I had to first upgrade the pacman keyring before everything else could be updated it's not a big problem. What I would like to see added is an option to select which data center I want my VPS to run on.

Great VPS Provider and Crazy Support I'm new to VPS and especially Linux VPS. Bought 2048MB VPS Plan and didn't know exactly how to configure it. Their support helped me to configure and setup my required software, it took around 16 hours to setup everything. They even secured my server with many features and explained me everything and gave me many tutorials and free e-books to update my knowledge. All the support for free of charge, not a single penny. Other provider would charge me ~$100 per month, but Kloud51 have done it for me completely free. Their support is amazing, especially Francis. They have many promotions and aggressive discounts on their products as well. Wish other providers would learn from Kloud51.

I rated them 4 stars I rated them 4 stars. Because I think they need some improvements to their servers they need more clouds to handle many customers and also I suggest that Kloud51 must purchase datacenter on any asian countries like Singapore and Hong Kong. I also experienced some issues on my website uptime. I'm satisfied with their Customer Service so 5 star for that.
