GBLove that they are free of synthetic ingredients!! I’m 100% synthetic ingredient free in all my consumables. When I got pregnant and needed supplements, NutriGold was the only company out there who gave me just the ingredients I need. Pure plants and no fillers with vegan friendly capsules. Thanks so much!!

JPMix feeling.... I agree that NutriGold products are of good quality. However, their service is just HORRIBLE. It takes forever to receive an order, I have one that has been outstanding for 3 MONTH now. One order was not in stock and I was told that this was because they were no happy with the quality of the stock (by the way this seems to be a normal excuse given) and in every status I was told it should be ready by the end of the month. This went on for 3 months, finally decided to cancel that item. The refund for the cancel amount was prompt - thank you and I was told that the remaining items in the order is on its way; but a day later of receiving that notification, I was told one of the items is not in stock...... I eventually decided to cancel the order as a whole. I was able to find similar suppliment via iHerb. All through this issue, the response to my query has been in a timely manner and the person was professional. If NutriGold produce their own product they need to work on their quality problem as it seem this is their BIGGEST issue.

GBI haven't even used my first order I haven't even used my first order. My doctor suggested I try this for my elevated triglycerides. I have an appointment next month to see if there are any positive indications. My review would be much more helpful after the appointment but you contantly hound me about it so here it is. I don't feel any results at all. The product is a bit pricey and I'm not sure I'll buy again. This company seems overly needy of praise. Might be an indication of deception.

GBIt's just ok, a lot of room for improvement... It's ok, it sad that NutruGold does not offer good discounts for loyal customers... going forward we will look elsewhere...

GBMultiple failed attempts to order I attempted to order 2 bottles of my product off their website. As a new customer, I didn't know what to expect. However, everything seemed to go well up to the end, at which point Global-e refused to process my payment with a 500-Server error code. I repeated this multiple times over different days, attempting to give them my money. I even called the 800 number for CS, which was always busy, no matter when I tried during their posted 8:30-4:30 MST business hours. I used the Contact Us form, and even sent an email to a generic CS address at the company. It didn't bounce, but there was no reply at all. This over the last week of trying. I can only draw the conclusion that the company must have let go of its customer service staff a couple years back, judging from the reviews on here. Very disappointing. I will update if I ever hear anything from anyone at the company, but at this point I don't expect to. I will take my order elsewhere, sadder and wiser, and not attempt to deal with the company directly ever again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
