Super bad experience Not good experience! I ordered a birth control ring, and they send me the ring and 2 other items without my confirmation. My insurance cover all the items does not mean I want all the items! Contact the phone number they messaged me, emailed them, asking them not to send the product this week because I’m not home, no response for days , and they still send the product a week before I can get home, and now I’m very worried that the package will get lost. There’s no phone number can call through, only a computer voice answer your call then hang off after several seconds !

Moving away from insurance to cash is… Moving away from insurance to cash is the worst thing you can do to people, especially during these horrendous financial times. Such a slap in the face and its just plain selfish. Another example of how healthcare has moved away from taking care of the patient. Its all about making money off of people

Total waste of time I was charged $80 on August 1st for my four month pill refill. I STILL have not even received a shipping confirmation much less my pills. I'm completely unprotected against pregnancy. Today I was charged $80 again. This is ridiculous and "please give us up to 5 business days to respond" is absolutely unacceptable when it comes to important health issues.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I have advised of my issue through chat and the bot’s answers were completely irrelevant. I was instructed to email the customer support center. I have emailed twice and received no response. They do not bill my insurance company and just charge my credit card each month. Do not use this company!

Bad service Placed order on 3/18, it's now 3/30 and I haven't gotten my stuff delivered already. They just now sent me an email saying they couldn't fill the prescription. This was my first time using insurance and it's taking way longer than when I would pay out of pocket. Also they don't answer emails well and leave you hanging wondering what's gonna happen next. Seriously sucks please try another website that actually works.
