Great app and customer support This app is great. I use it often and never had any problems. Plus, the support team is very helpful and always replies to my questions.

Too slow & Poor Customer Service I deposited USDC.e into Kado's Polygon wallet. The transaction on Kado's website was never confirmed. Why? Turns out Kado will only automatically process USDC. (The company that issues USDC recently started issuing native USDC on multiple blockchains so the old Ethereum POS USDC coin became USDC.e) Nothing on Kado's website states which coins or token contracts are accepted so customers are left to guess. After informing support of this issue, they blamed their provider, Fortress. After 19 days and a dozen emails to Kado (many of which had no response), my funds were finally returned to my wallet. Thus two stars instead of one.

NOT WORKING, CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS A SCAM Every time I try to make an ACH deposit it FAILS. "Something went wrong, please try again". I switched networks, tokens, reconnected my bank account - NOTHING WORKS. Reached out to customer service - two weeks later still NO RESPONSE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

EASY WAY TO TRANSFER I use KADO via BEANS APP to transfer my money(USD) to BEANS APP then to be able to withdraw it in ARS(Pesos) to my Argentinian bank account with a good rate!

Will use Kado for years Perhaps one of the best ways to purchase crypto. Skip CEX, skip custodial wallets, the money goes from your bank account to your crypto wallet, and vice versa. My only complaint with Kado services is that I run into errors when I need it the most, which is something that has happened to my friend and I for quite some time. Regardless, we will be using Kado for years to come.
