Able to Breathe Again I went without therapy for a long time, until I was able to find Grow Therapy online. I love the profiles and pictures that are presented to choose from. This selection 100% helped me gain a little energy in whom i may be comfortable with. I especially appreciate the therapist providing everyday type pictures, it shows a little personality to introduction.

Provider was warm Provider was warm, non-judgmental, and a great listener. The client portal, scheduling appointments, and meeting virtually is super easy. Feels great to have somebody to talk to.

The only place I'll go for therapy! I have been using Grow Therapy for months now for both medical and therapeutic help and I have never felt better. I trust them with my life; they make me feel heard, supported, and understood.3

Peace at least After taking some assessments, I was partnered with an extraordinary therapist. After struggling with bipolar (II) disorder, accompanied by excessive anxiety for most of my life, I have finally found some peace. I learned how to distance myself from negative thinking and emotions, how to reframe my negative self-talk, and how to set boundaries. While I am still a work in progress, I feel better than I have in years.
