Will NOT ship or reply to an email. No phone number available. Ordered 2x before with no problems at all. Like everyone else I'm seeing recently, I ordered on the 27th and they have not shipped and will NOT reply to an email. Also note, I've been nothing but polite and kind with them. They have some "we refuse to reply to things in the faq" policy and I had emailed before seeing that because the payment process was absolutely bizarre. I thought it was just me til I saw everyone else's reviews. I can't even believe this. 😔 It's hard times right now and they are obviously exploiting it.
