I wish they would be more open in their… I wish they would be more open in their advertising, and say boldly upfront who is automatically not a candidate. They make it seem like it can help anyone I was very excited to try ketamine therapy for chronic pain & anxiety. I do however consume alcohol. I am not an alcoholic but due to being a little over a mont out for a hip replacement I’m in a lot of pain & drink some wine at night to help that. For that reason I was not a candidate, but I wasted a ton of my time to find that out. This is all after they collected my payment. I’m glad they are thorough & safe. However, just a simple list of the automatic deal breakers *before you hand over payment, schedule televisits, download & sign paperwork, fill out questions & go through prep videos on their app would be nice. I wasted a lot of my time & hopes. Also, they felt accusatory as though they were slightly shaming me for drinking some wine at night. Who do they think seeks ketamine therapy? A perfectly happy balanced person? Not likely..most will have flaws to work on.

Better U changed my life Better U has been my positive shining light through the darkness and hardships of severe depression. Over the years, medication after medication not working, I was ready to give up. When I researched and heard about Better U I at last had some hope again. After being a patient with them for over a year I can now say my depression is nowhere near where it was and that for once I feel that it may be forever gone shortly. Better u psychedelic therapy is incredible! Better u psychedelic therapy is seriously soul changing. The care team is awesome. When I first signed up i was unsure and skeptical but after receiving the medicine and it transforming my behavior I can't say enough about ketamine. When I take a micro dose I'm able to be present and patient with the people around me. I have to say the medicine is uplifting and spiritual and calming in the same instance. lifesaver This company has been a lifesaver. They tend to respond a little later in the day I guess because they're out on the west coast. But they respond to every portal message and when I've spoken on the phone they have been supportive and wonderful. They've also been very accommodating in terms of price and prescription.

Transformational 🙏 Life changing and I’m just half way of my program. For those who truly appreciate meditation and use it as a daily practice, Better U has blown me away.
