GBI love this program and use it often I love this program and use it often, at least a few times per week to help me deal with anxiety. I use the EMDR with headphones on and thinking about (this is called process on the website) the stuff that I am scared of that's coming up in my day or the next few days. I then use the EMDR a second time for a few minutes and think about how I want to feel instead of anxiety. It works really well for me this way.

GBI had a friend who believed in this… I had a friend who believed in this method for her adopted children. During the shut down I became more and more depressed. When trying to re-enter life, I found I had so much social anxiety I had a hard time leaving the house. I used virtual emdr several times a day and "strangely" started to feel more confident. I'm sure I'll need to use it again now and again and I'm glad to know it's just a click away.

GRRevolutionizing Trauma Recovery: A Game-Changer for Mental Health In the wake of enduring the profound challenges of CPTSD and the subsequent onset of full-blown PTSD, my journey to recovery took an unexpected turn. As a seasoned psychotherapist, I navigated traditional methods, from psychotherapy to alternative treatments like acupuncture, homeopathy, and EFT, yet the persistent hyper-vigilance remained an unyielding force. Faced with bursts of anger and an utter lack of emotional regulation, I found myself in a state of helplessness and despair. Despite having exhausted numerous avenues, the elusive solution seemed to materialize in the form of virtual EMDR. Unable to secure a therapist for traditional EMDR, I turned to this innovative approach. Following the self-help protocol, a remarkable transformation occurred within a mere week—I regained a sense of self. This program is not just a recommendation; it's a revelation for both self-help enthusiasts and fellow therapists. Its simplicity, efficacy, and accessibility make it a groundbreaking tool that transcends the boundaries of traditional therapy. As I delve into addressing traumas unresolved over two decades of therapy, virtual EMDR stands as an invaluable asset, catalyzing healing in ways previously unimaginable. It's a testament to the transformative power of this tool, reshaping the landscape of mental health practices for practitioners and seekers alike.
