I am looking to obtain records from… I am looking to obtain records from Recovery Connections. I need my drug test results in order to get my license back.Ive left voice mails over and over again and nobody will return my call.Honestly if I knew the company they were using maybe I could reach out to them? Did anybody have any luck getting ahold of anyone from recovery connections? Who's handling these situations? I want my records.

I hope I'm treated with more respect next time. The counselor I saw after the appointment was nice and seemed to care about the experience I had when I came in. The second I walked in the door of the office the secretary started raising her voice and being super rude and confrontational. This happened a few different times in the fifteen minutes I waited for the doctor. She was totally disrespectful and unprofessional. I've never been treated so poorly in a medical facility, a place I went to get help. When I related the story to other clients of this facility they told me that I am far from the only one who has been treated this way by her. Other than that my experience was fine.

The people at recovery connection The people at recovery connection, are compassionate, understanding, and very helpful. Tammy is an excellent therapist, she has helped me immensely. I have never been to a program like this that has been so good is what they do and I have been to one other clinic. The manager of the facility Pauline is very friendly outgoing makes me feel very comfortable and it’s a joy to know. And Meagan is also very helpful she listens to my concerns answers any questions and does a great job. Thank you all for everything that you do!

My experiences have been positive My experiences has been positive overall. Some of the other clients are difficult to deal with but most are fine. I do see a lot of clients with masks below their noses and hear a lot of complaining about having to wear them. The staff never seem to remind people that masks are required by the state to protect one another. Trust science! Science wins!! Other than that I really like the staff and the doctor. I appreciate what you guys are doing for opiate addiction and am grateful for your services and this medication. It has changed my entire life!!

Stafff Pauline, Megan and Tami have been amazing . They have made my experience there something I actually look forward to. Pauline takes care of EVERYTHING ( if you have a problem with anything: scheduling , insurance issues , jerks at the pharmacy) she is right on top of it. Megan gently encourages compliance without judgment and Tami is the cheerleader we all need in our court. That’s it . They are great! Spread the word .
