One of the Most Important Decisions I’ve Made Participating in coaching at HG has been one of the most important decisions I’ve made. When I went in, I didn’t think it was going to be anything more than a somewhat helpful to talk and what it ended up being was an incredible place where I was challenged to do and be better for myself. Incredibly thankful to everyone in my group, my coach, and all the people involved in the HG community!

Reaching out for help is one of the best decision I've ever made Uncovering childhood trauma can be incredibly excruciating. I am so grateful that I found this program that provides trustworthy coaches. My coach has been incredibly supportive and understanding throughout the process. He is patient and always knows how to ask the right questions to get me to think. I feel heard and understood during every session. Now that my session is almost over, I can confidently say that I have gained a lot of different perspectives. Thank you guys so much for making such valuable and important resources accessible.

Better than anything else I've tried. I've been to therapy and a psychologist 3 times before coming here. Coaching here has been the best experience so far by a long shot.

Hypocrites and Frauds Hypocrites and frauds. They claim to care about helping people but are happy to let millions suffer when they could easily help, even when they would have been compensated. I was a long time subscriber and a customer and they treated me incredibly rudely with immense disrespect.
