Very disappointed Very disappointed, they have no way of actually talking to someone once they get you in with a zoom call. Been trying to cancel and no response, yet they text you constantly every day. Would not recommend. Contacting BBB after work today.

If you’re reading this, try it now. It really works. I saw an ad for Ketmaine and figured I’d give it a shot after many failed results with the typical prescribed anti depressant & anxiety meds. Ketamine helped with my depression and anxiety and took away the racing thoughts in my head that seemed to be on repeat. I experienced no side effect. None. No weird weight gain, just relief. Joyous only cares about profits Joyous claims to be a mental health company, but you are never allowed to speak to a human being. When you beg to speak to a human being, they send the same robotic text, every single time. Joyous is all about profitability, and not about helping people.

Terrible Customer Service They are awful. Some regulator will shut them down at some point but for now they can get away with just “text message support” which is BS. Half the time they don’t respond at all, which I’m not even sure is legal as a provider. If they can’t operate at the price point I’m sure people would be happy to pay a little more to talk to a real human and not a robot. When I reported my shipment that never arrived they want me to file a police report? Or you could just have an 800 number that I call like a normal company and not act like such a fraud and a scam operation. So irresponsible and negligent for a health care provider.
