Terrible Customer Service They are awful. Some regulator will shut them down at some point but for now they can get away with just “text message support” which is BS. Half the time they don’t respond at all, which I’m not even sure is legal as a provider. If they can’t operate at the price point I’m sure people would be happy to pay a little more to talk to a real human and not a robot. When I reported my shipment that never arrived they want me to file a police report? Or you could just have an 800 number that I call like a normal company and not act like such a fraud and a scam operation. So irresponsible and negligent for a health care provider.
