Mindengage charge my credit card Mindengage charge my credit card. Then I receive a text to schedule a meeting. We sent our dates of availability. No response was given for over a week after many texts. I requested a refund and let them know through email and text that we did not want their service since we felt ignored and no service was given. I received a text message that said "Perfect". I contacted my credit card company which refunded our payment as the mindengage did not for November. I checked my credit card statement today for December and again this month we where charged. My credit card refunded me again which has an open investigation against mindengage. I feel taken advantage of. Be very aware.

Enjoyable and convenient. My husband and I have had a few sessions so far and enjoyed the experience. We have a busy lifestyle with kids and work, but the scheduling has been great, and love that we can join the session from anywhere! Our therapist is wonderful and listens to both of us equally. I am happy with what we have covered so far and look forward to our schedules sessions.

SCAM. SCAM. MindEngage is ran by two scammers in Karachi, Pakistan. They operate under the pseudonym of "Tim Murphy." Tim Murphy isn't a real person. First, they publish their address as an address in Texas. This address does not exist. If you look up where the company is registered, it's registered in Delaware (Halersoft is the name). Another noteworthy thing is that their therapists are located out of the country. This doesn't bother me, but it's something you should know. You should also know that the therapists make about $4 per session on average. If you are using this service, I would stop immediately. If you have a good therapist, offer to pay them directly, and remove MindEngage from the equation-- as most of your money is going to support scammers. We attempted to use this service We attempted to use this service. When we set up an account I was supposed to receive an email, I did not. I attempted calling in several times with no response. Eventually Tim Murphy texted me. After about 6 hours he finally responded. I looked up reviews for this company and found out that their customer service is very poor. They charged me for setting up the account. When I wanted to cancel, Tim stated that they do not issue refunds. I ended up calling my financial institution and had the payment blocked. Stay away from this shady company.
