3 trips, 1 antibotic to take + I Have to ask for a REFILL???? I had a course of antibotic to take. they gave me 2 partial fills because they didn't have it in stock. So on my 3rd trip to fill the same prescription - they wouldn't fill it because it wasn't 'time yet' and they have no evidence that the dr. called it in so NOW I HAVE TO CALL THE DR TO GET A NEW SCRIPT. who has time for this? this is ridiculous. it will be 4 trips to get one prescription. unacceptable. completely unacceptable. what am I going to do - overdose on a goddamn antibotic if god forbid they fill the full prescription early - when i would've had the whole thing in one trip if they had the antibotic in stock. Don't use them, find another pharmacy.

I hate riteaid more than any other company in the world They have now purchased two of the mom… They have now purchased two of the mom and pop pharmacies in my area..this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life..every single location is worse than the rest..the pharmacist hung up on my 72 yr old mother who is sweet as pie and everyone she meets loves her..they are incompetent and ignorant and I would not recommend rite aid to the devil himself..I hate this company with a passion..they put the pharmacy as far back in the corner as possible and they literally don't or can't fill anything without an issue..very rarely is it just called in and filled without some type of problem..then they say sorry to hear about your bad experience call 1-800 bot on the phone who could not possibly care less about customer service...
