Maria was very helpful Maria was very helpful! I called one time to ask about shipping additional product and had to call back because I needed 16 boxes. She throughly worked me through what she was going to do and how I needed to ship. She also throughly walked me thought pricing and what was paid out based on expiration dates. Great customer service.

Their customer service is excellent they have very nice people skills. I spoke with Ms. Maria she is always helpful and she knows what I need at the time of my call and she makes it very pleasant to do business with Assist Diabetics. I’m so sorry to say maybe if other companies would take this approach over the phone with eloquent many people wouldn’t have so many bad experiences over the phone.
