I find that 1500 CBD+CBG Full Spectrum 50mg dose as much as I need to fully realize the full effect of quality CBD with maybe a hint of THC so much that I normally only need about a 30mg dose if taken mid-day. Then sometimes followed by a 2nd dose in the evening which can put me to sleep in the rocking chair.
