GBIsraelpharm is the real deal Israelpharm is the real deal. I could no longer get the brand name drug that I needed at my local pharmacy. I am able to get the exact brand medicine from Israelpharm at a very reasonable price. Turn around time is reasonable, just be aware of delays over certain holidays in Israel.
