Simple and easy Simple and easy. Great response time. I will agree with some of the other reviews though. The blood sample was difficult at first. However, some simple advice to others would be to get your heart rate up a bit before drawing blood. I did some pushups/jumping jacks and after that it was much easier to collect. They should include that in the instructions. That would be my only critique.

Excellent customer service It was very informative. Arrived in a timely manner and results came quickly. That was a great peice of mind. I will use them in future and feel comfortable recommending.

the process was very easy the process was very easy. I called to get some clarifications on my test and attendant was very helpful (however do believe this info should have been provided in instructions, ie whats best time to draw the blood). results were extremely fast.
