Helpful but not as easy as others I've used another company's payment plan that automatically gets put on a qualifying promotional plan with the initial charge. Contact from them is like with a regular credit card. With Scratchpay, I thought I was on a promo one but kept getting emails about needing to sign up for it by a certain date or would get charged interest. And I was on the auto-payment option, but the emails I got made it look like I needed to make the payment because of the large button with that wording, rather than one that reflected it was going to be paid automatically on X date. This company is helpful to manage a vet bill, but I wish my current vet took the other too.
