Great Customer Service For two years, I have ordered my medication through DiRX. Initially, I chose DiRX because they offered the lowest price for my prescription. Over the years, their excellent service has made me a happy customer. When calling, it's fast and easy to be connected to a helpful customer service PERSON. They have helped me make orders, change shipping information or investigate any billing. I highly recommend DiRX.

Backordered medications is a norm Using this pharmacy for a couple of years. Prices are very good, but more often than not my medications become backordered and don't arrive on time. Will be switching to another business. Avoid!

It's easy, affordable, and medications are good! I loved the fact that it was pretty hands off. Once I put in my doctor's info, it was just a waiting game. In general, my Doctor's office is a huge pain in the butt to get a hold of, but DiRx figured it out and sorted it for me. Getting 3 months worth each of my meds for only ~$10 each is also amazing, considering I was paying about $45 a month for the medications at the previous pharmacy. Now, if only they could get me my ADHD meds (a pipedream. Sigh.)
