GBThe representative was quick and… The representative was quick and courteous. She did her job and was excellent at doing so. I asked about getting a tracking number, since I received an email stating order was shipped but had no tracking number yet. She will send the info when the shipping dept responds to her. Your customer service rep gets 5 stars, no tracking number gets a less stellar grade for shipping dept.

GBFirst order All in all, my experience was excellent. Easy to order, a bit disappointed they would not take a credit card and it takes a week before they ship once they are paid. But still, it was a good experience and the on line chat was terrific - as was a phone call to their customer service. Very satisfactory experience. Will be re-ordering as necessary.

GBunfortunately unfortunately, by the time I received the inhaler, I've already been to a different doctor and he prescribed something else. I wish you had a refund policy sitting on $100 inhaler i'll never use.
