You never have to talk to anyone, to get it. Try to cancel it. forget it!!! There are NO INSTRUCTION TO CANCEL. You use the specific word search help "cancel" NOTHING comes up. Finally I get an answer from someone via email telling me I HAVE to CALL to cancel ? No phone call to GET a controlled prescription medication. But make you CALL to cancel. Dont those ED DRUGS prescriptions expire? Even my VIT D expires and I have to see my Dr once a year! . STAY AWAY FROM SCOREBLUE

I stumbled across Score Blue a little over a year ago and have been a very satisfied customer the whole entire time. From my initial phone call, score blues customer service is outstanding, I've changed my prescription back and forth a couple of times and every time I've done that score blue made it very accommodating.
