Followed instructions to a T, let it all dissolve and even gave it extra time ( 1 hr ). Didn't feel a thing, and didn't even begin to get hard, not even a twitch. Another $250 waisted on some gimmick. That being said, the company has reached out to me and offered a full refund as well as free stronger doses to try. That says a lot about the integrity of the company. Thank You Rugiet Ready.

Heart burn Unbearable Tried it for the first time a couple of days ago. I did as instructed (let it melt under my tongue). I did/do get temporary erections. However, about 2 hours after taking it, intense heart burn began and has lasted up through today. I get heart burn from Cialis.. but not this bad. I've concluded that it was so bad that I don't want to take it again. So now I am stuck with 11 doses that I paid a lot for but cannot use. Something to consider before buying.

It takes a long time to dissolve fully under your tongue and therefore makes you swallow which is not recommended. It gives me a terrible headache the next day. Further to that, when I contacted the customer service about a refund or return they said there’s no policy for that. Meaning that is a very expensive fail. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. And if this review is deleted I would just have to put it everywhere on the internet until I get a refund.

Effective, empathetic care The truth is I was hesitant to post this review because I'm friends with somebody who founded another ED telehealth company and I had been loyal to them for quite some time until my treatment's effectiveness began waning, but Rugiet truly deserves the praise. Their compounded medication is innovative, discreet, effective, and whereas it is truthfully a bit expensive, my experience has been that if you communicate transparently with your doctor and customer care, the Sr. Cx Experience Advocate, Janet L., is open to finding mutually agreeable solutions. I found myself genuinely surprised by the level of care she offered.
