It was always going to be a tough product to shoot, because it has light inside it, is transparent, glows, etc. They did a decent job, but didn't do so great of a job editing. As for the lifestyle photo, there was miscommunication regarding it (I wanted a child model in it, but only told this to the representative I talked to before paying, not after), so after quite a bit of hassling on my part they agreed to reshoot with a child. The new image turned out very nice, I was very happy with it. Overall 3-4 star experience.
