SCAM. I’ve been charged 3x with nothing shipped I started off thinking Zealthy was legit. Then quickly realized they have an incredibly shady and unethical way of advertising their pricing. At this point they’ve charged me three monthly “membership fees” (total of almost $400) without a single product shipped. My last two charges were only 10 days apart. They are just taking money out of my account whenever I guess. I started asking for a refund and to cancel 8 days ago and they completely stopped responding to me, but I was charged again yesterday. I’m disputing with my credit card and trying to get the word out that this company is a scam.

At the three week mark I submitted the dosage update request. I was told at 28 days my new prescription would ship out. At day 30 it still has not. I called the company, messaged my provider, and contacted billing each day. On day 32 my medicine shipped next day air. This seems to be a consistent problem with the company, but they did make it right quickly, in my case.
