GBProduct & Return Policy not as advertised. Received cap and product. Not as advertised. Same with the refund policy. Not as advertised. I have yet to find a customer service phone number. I have sent 4 email requests for a refund and all replies just explain how to use the product and how dedicated they are to my satisfaction, but no direction on how to return for a refund.

AUUnsure.. Iv only had my cap for a week so far, so i canât comment on how it is going so far. However, when the product arrived it was in a rather strange bag with absolutely no packaging instructions or paperwork for the âcapâ⊠the âcapâ its self does not fit the insert (the part with the LED-LASER).. to be completely honest with you it almost looks like i have purchased something off of wishâŠ. I do not know if the LED and laser diodes are what they say they are as advertised but I will keep using it with the hope its not a scam..

GBPoor customer service Poor customer service, and very difficult to return product, even after not using it. Deceptive business practices using AI to form responses to questions and inquiries. No way to reach over phone. I would avoid

GB6 months check in Has this product restored all the hair at my temples? Definitely not all, but perhaps around 60-70%. Is it helping me maintain and thicken the hair I still have? Absolutely, 100%. If you notice your hairline receding, I'd suggest getting this product immediately.
