GBI still have not received my order from… I still have not received my order from June 10th, I kept trying to send an email but your email address no longer exists. I also have communicated through the order platform with no reply. I no longer want that order and would like my money refunded. I have found a new place to order from, my dog has very bad seizures and can not be without his drops for a day. The order before that came with leaking bottles that I also informed you about but got no reply. I'm very disappointed because I have been ordering from you for years!!

GBSCAM!!!!! Paid immediately, my payment was taken out of my account immediately , still have not received my product, nor a refund, after almost 2 months. My messages, emails and phone calls go unanswered. Their website is still up and appears to be actively taking orders, yet when you look at their Facebook page you can see the number of people they have scammed

GBI never received my order I never received my order. Order placed in early June, now the end of August and never received anything yet I was billed for my purchase. I tried contacting the company multiple times and no response. Still never got a refund, nor my purchase.

GBPet CBD I found this company by watching My Basic Journey on YouTube. I tried it several times now and their products are clean, well packaged, reasonably well priced according to the current market, and they work. I recently started my elderly blind and deaf poodle on their pet formula as he has anxiety attacks and this has really helped both of us. I highly recommend this companies products. I refer them as much as possible. P.S. I am in Arizona where products are easily available but I haven’t found anyone of them I trust for their product content and safety.

GBNever received my order #501014, placed 5/272023. I never received my order #501014, placed May 27, 2023! I have emailed and called several times. No response to my messages. I posted this information on your Facebook page. Others responded with similar situations. Are you out of business? Can you refund my money? ThoughtCloud processed my payment immediately. Should I report ThoughtCloud to the BBB?
