Company has gone under and still taking money! My subscription was charged in June and the transaction is still pending, so hasn't been shipped. I rang a company in the same building as I've sent several messages, tried to fb message etc and they said Thoughtcloud has stopped trading, taking off with money and not sending products! Unbelievable, you should be ashamed and refund all the money you have stolen immediately

Do not order from this website This company has obviously gone belly up. Money deducted from credit card and product never supplied. I'm wondering if a scam has taken over the site. Email is defunct. Their chat help never responds. Someone needs to take this website down as it continues to take peoples money. Sad Thoughcloud was awesome now it's just a rort.

My credit card was charged immediately, I received an order confirmation but nothing more, not an update on order or delivery status, NOTHING. I emailed and called to inquire and got NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. I finally had to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card company. Your product was great up until this transaction. Extremely disappointing after I had referred several friends to your product line.

Pet CBD I found this company by watching My Basic Journey on YouTube. I tried it several times now and their products are clean, well packaged, reasonably well priced according to the current market, and they work. I recently started my elderly blind and deaf poodle on their pet formula as he has anxiety attacks and this has really helped both of us. I highly recommend this companies products.
