Sent it twice! Outstanding service. My original order was stuck somewhere in the Chicago mail system and repeated calls to USPS were never able to pry it loose. InsulinHub noticed (I didn't have to call) the delay and contacted me. After explaining, they sent me another order, without charge, which arrived at my home without incident.
