BEWARE - NO RETURNS! I tried CPAPdirect for the first, time, hoping to have a long-term CPAP supplier. Unfortunately, the face mask I ordered didn't fit, and, unlike MANY other CPAP suppliers, they do not permit any returns of masks. I emailed the sales at email contact and was just sent back to their webpage without any additional information. As those with sleep apnea know, we are good long-term customers, but masks can sometimes take a few tries - and it's an expensive option if there is no return policy. Last time from this customer, for sure.

Highly recommend the SoClean2 Highly recommend the SoClean2. Very easy set up and easy to use. Just put your mask/headgear in the machine with the hose attached. Make sure the hose is setting properly in the little side opening, close the lid and forget it. I have mine set to automatically start cleaning and sanitizing at 10 am. Received my SoClean2 very quickly; they even called me to let me know they shipped it. Highly recommend CPAP Direct, excellent service! I also ordered an extra filter.

Quick fulfillment, good pricing, good service So far I have received two orders from CPAP Direct... they evidently ship their orders from Portland, Oregon, and I happen to live only about 200 miles away from them... so I have received orders from them within two days of my on-line order. The items I received were the exact OEM supplies I needed for my bi-pap machine, the price was very competitive, and I was very pleased with how quickly my orders were fulfilled.

SoClean 2 No issues at all with our SoClean 2. Ordering, delivery, and set up was very smooth. User Manual very helpful. Was skeptical to cut the hose leading into the machine, but finally figured it out. Highly recommend CPAP Direct.
