GBCustomer service does not address the… Customer service does not address the questions that you ask. They also advise you that you will be charged a total of 3 payments per week and advised that 1 payment is for the program and the additional 2 are financing fees for the payment plan!!! This customer service is worst then getting an agent on the phone that has a severe foreign accent that barely speaks English 🤦🏽♀️

I just signed up for it and in the couple of days that I've been going through the educational videos, I've learned so much about my credit report, my scores and how to manage it all. I've been so clueless for years and I'm just starting to finally understand how it really works. The content is easy to understand and follow. My experience thus far has been great.
