The post office was helpful with my package. It got sent back and forth between 2 facilities at least 10 times before reaching final destination. I did receive item in excellent condition and within expected delivery time.

I have bought from this company several… I have bought from this company several times. Last time I had a shortage. I reached out to them and gave them the information they needed. It was corrected immediately. It was delivered within 2 weeks. Normally takes 3 weeks average. The logistics isn’t good at all. I have never been able to track my packages but it always shows up. I have recommended this company to my co workers. I will order again.

We were skeptical We were skeptical, but hopeful, ordering from an unknown source in India, but went for it after reading the Trustpilot reviews. Very good customer service through the website. There was a 3 week gap where no tracking updates showed up, but once they did, we received the package in 2 days. All told, about a month to receive, all intact. Very pleased, and will use this company again.
