No phone number I have ordered many times and received prompt and accurate service. The products have been of good quality. My latest order however has been delayed for an unknown reason. My biggest complaint is that I am unable to locate a phone number for this place. I don't understand why they make it difficult if not impossible to receive immediate customer service via phone. I called the number listed on this site and got a voice mailbox which did not identify whom I was calling. I left a detailed message and asked for a return call but did not receive one. Not yet anyway. It's a shame.

Buy with confidence I've placed several orders with them and all we're perfect. I needed to return an item, no fault of there's, I misread the description. They allowed me to return it with no problem and gave the option of store credit or full refund to my CC. I confidently recommend them. Great customer service, fast shipping and interesting items.

Great products, great service!! I have had nothing but great customer service, and great products from this company. If an item broke or didn't meet with my satisfaction, they always promptly gave me a refund or send out a new item to replace a broken item. Their inventory is top notch. They are always ready to lend a hand or help. They answer emails promptly, and offer coupons to customers. I will continue to use their services bc it can't be beat, in my opinion!
