Great customer service. I realized that I had forgotten to apply my coupon after placing my order, but my error was quickly remedied by your customer service dept. with a simple phone call. The young lady who handled my call (Jennifer I believe?) was polite, friendly and took care of things quickly. And as usual, my order is arriving promptly.

I was told that the phone medical appointment would occur in a few moments. After the phone appointment, I received a call letting me know that the order was approved and being processed. Good product and price. Poor communication on shipping The service and website were great and the pricing is fair with the sale price…. But for some reason I no longer get shipping or delivery confirmations from kwikmed and that is usually a problem! I am normally called by the FedEx print location or kwikmed telling me they are about to send product back if I don’t pick it up. I’ve checked spam and email both and never receive confirm of shipping.
