You just order on your computer and they come in the mail. You pay dearly for that convenience, I would guess at least 50% more than a scrip at the local drug store. But worth it if your time is valuable to you. They occasionally give out coupons on email of 5% to 30% off, so if you're a smart shopper and willing to wait for the good coupons, you can save a significant amount. KwikMed is also the only legitimate dispensary on line I have found. In other words, the medications are real.
