Professional well trained staff, great support system during your stay and then after also The way The Center is set for living arrangements is perfect for keeping your independence and being responsible for yourself at the same time. Very comfortable living arrangements Also the village of Edmonds is fantastic. Lots of walking in this quaint village. You are close by the waterfront with an outstanding view of the mountains Definitely a 5 star facility !

GBThe Center has truly changed my life The Center has truly changed my life..This program offered me a "dig deep" transformational process that addressed my whole self. I experience a deep sense of generosity and learned life long skills to practice ongoing that has changed my relationships both with my self and those I care about. I had worked deeply on personal improvement in the past but nothing has been as life affirming and empowering and supportive as what I experienced at The Center. I can honestly say I incorporate these skills and my self care every day. Blessed & Grateful...Thank You!

GBDifficult but definitely worth it! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is seriously struggling with mental illnesses of most any kind. It was one of the hardest thing I've ever chosen to do and it was absolutely worth it. I learned things there that have helped me control worry, anxiety, and especially depression far better than anything else. The only caveat is that if you choose to live in one of their free (and pretty nice, as I understand) housing units, they are very controlling. They restrict what you're allowed to bring and will actually take electronics from you for a week or more. Appallingly, the admissions team will lie constantly during the intake process about the rules for their housing units in order for them to seem less unreasonable. Despite this, I strongly recommend this place, especially if you decide to live away from their housing units.

GBThe Center - a place of hope and healing! If you are struggling with depression, addiction, or an eating disorder you will find caring, supportive professionals in Dr. Gregg Jantz and his team. It really is a place of hope! The Center's approach of healing mind, body, and soul will set you on a path to wellness and freedom. The location in the charming town of Edmonds on the beautiful Puget Sound is a bonus!

GBI learned a lot at the Center and gained new life skills. I spent 4 weeks at The Center and learned a lot while I was there. The DBT classes were very helpful, as well as classes in Women's Anger, Grief and Loss, and Boundaries. I enjoyed the individual therapy sessions as well. Thank you to everyone who helped me to have a great experience, especially Renee.
