I admit I did not have much… I admit I did not have much understanding of the science regarding the health benefits of CBD products. I purchased a few bottles just to support Chad and Darren. However, I am now a believer! For many years I have had a problem with staying asleep. I fall asleep just fine but was accustomed to waking up in the middle of the night and struggling to go back to sleep. I resorted to Tylenol p.m., which I know is not healthy, most weekdays to try to get at least 6 hours of sleep. Over the past couple of months with purpose natural gummies before bedtime I have completely stopped using Tylenol p.m., and I find I am getting more solid sleep and not experiencing any grogginess in the morning.
