Your product is good but poor support staff. Your product is good. However your admin team responsible for sending the parcel got the address wrong resulting in failed delivery beating around the bush in Singapore for 8 days. Singapore is known for its efficiency where local mail is delivered within 24 hours yet my parcel sent by EMS service took 8 days all because your admin staff messed up the address. Also my instruction to write my mobile tel on the parcel was refused by your team this resulted in me going to the local post office daily for 5 days to trace and claim the parcel thus imagine my frustration. This problem would have been easily resolved if the delivery man has my mobile number to contact me once he couldn't get me on the wrong address written on the parcel.
