After we got done paying on line, and our money was confirmed paid, they said they would not deliver our shipment now unless we also bought insurance for nearly the same price as the shipment. they said the delivery person would give us back the insurance in cash. Really? I knew then that they had screwed me. Sure enough, nothing ever came. Their chat customer service is clearly someone in Loseristan or Nigeria, they can barely type english.
