I paid for something I never recieved I lost 843 USD for tablets I never received. As suggested on their website prepgeneric.com I used a parcel forwarding service in the UK. Unfortunately the parcel never reached that address as it got stuck in customs. The info on the website prepgeneric.com is very misleading: "99.5% of our parcels go through 🇺🇸 the United States, 🇬🇧 the UK, 🇦🇺 Australia & New Zealand customs smoothly". Well my parcel did not go through customs. Moreover on their website it says: "In the unlikely event of your parcel gets lost or stuck at Customs for more than 2 weeks, we will reship it for free or give you a full refund if preferred" I requested a full refund but I never received one. Nor did they reship it. Result: I spent 843 USD for something I never received. I do not recommend it. Update: I contacted Skypax and they never received a parcel. According to the tracking link (of parcel forward) the parcel was sent back to India as customs weren't cleared.

I had a great experience with the… I had a great experience with the ordering process. The only problem I had and it could be do to covid my shipment took 46 days. Be sure to order early if u need your medication. I'm about to order again 😁

Overall service was excellent Overall service was excellent. Shipped the product to mainland China and had some concerns since the package could not be tracked. However, it arrived a couple of weeks later. We are now seeing the quality of the medication ordered and if it is 100%.

Glad I ordered from you Glad I ordered from you. My order from another company had not come after waiting 5 weeks, so I was worried about running out of my medication. I got my pkg from you in 2 weeks. Very happy. But the expiration date on them was such that had I not needed to use them immediately, they'd have expired before I could use them. Cutting it too close guys. I got 7 bottles and had 7 months til they expired. But at least I got them, unlike the other company.

Excellent service - received product here in the US just 3 weeks after shipment in Asia. Time to re-order now. Will continue to re-order from BuyPrepOnline for the foreseeable future.
