It all started with a sneeze I pulled a muscle in the base of my spine months ago, and the pain just wouldn't go away. None of the usual treatments were really making a dent — ibuprofen took the edge off, but basic things like lifting my 3 year old son kept taking me back to square one. Shoulder pain gone Shoulder pain gone! We had a baby 6 weeks ago and have been staying at my in-laws. The bed is stiff and I'm a side sleeper. A staple of my morning and nighttime routines! I absolutely love their products! I suffer from upper back and neck pain. Not happy at all with my experience…… Not happy at all with my experience… The exercises given actually put my hip in such severe pain I had to go to a physical therapist and go on steroids to get relief. I do not feel like this app provides enough guidance. I want out!!!
