The soap itself is very nice but.. The soap itself is very nice. I was disappointed in two things, however. First, when it was advertised as a 5 piece gift set, I assumed (my bad) that it would be packaged in some attractive form as a gift, such as shrink wrapped or in a cardboard container. However it just came loose in a shipping box, individually wrapped in rough brown paper. Secondly, a couple of the bottles had small dents in them, so that marred the appearance. I wasn't able to give them as gifts.

I had an avarage experience with… I had an avarage experience with handinhandsoap.com. It was ok I guess. Prices were reasonable. Quality of the items was ok aswell. Custmer support is helfpul. Communication was not great, but they managed to get the job done. Nothing to write home about, but not wrost either. It's still a bit early to give any proper reviw, but so far I am sastified. Not the best, but not terrible either. A middle of the road expericne overall.

The products from this company are awesome and priced fairly The products from this company are really amazing at a very favorable price. We have purchased hand sanitizer as well as lights and bar hand soap in a variety of fragrances. Each and every product is exceptionally pleasing. I especially appreciate Hand in Hand social awareness of giving free products to underserved people.

It was shipped to the wrong address and no one has responded to my email to see if they tried to resend it after it had been returned by the post office. I've purchased many gifts from H in H soap but always had it sent directly to me with no problem.

Awesome soap but the packaging SUCKS Awesome soap but the packaging SUCKS! We've had to throw away entire bottles because they could not be opened. It's a shame because the soap is excellent but not so much if you can't open the container! What a waste! Why do so many companies create barriers to their products?! Updated review: Great customer support! They reached out and acknowledged the issue and indicated they are looking at better packaging and are replacing the items that we could not use. Thank you!
