I have had an aeverage exprience with… I have had an aeverage exprience with handinhandsoap.com. They hvae a good range of prducts but coud do with more vraity to chhose from. The orderinig process is quick and easy to understand but somethimes thier website can be a litttle slow. Also, the pricing of the prdocuts can be a bit pricey. Overall, Hand in Hand soap is almst good but could be a bit better.

The soap itself is very nice but.. The soap itself is very nice. I was disappointed in two things, however. First, when it was advertised as a 5 piece gift set, I assumed (my bad) that it would be packaged in some attractive form as a gift, such as shrink wrapped or in a cardboard container. However it just came loose in a shipping box, individually wrapped in rough brown paper. Secondly, a couple of the bottles had small dents in them, so that marred the appearance. I wasn't able to give them as gifts.

Great customer service! I was uncertain about one of the products and the pricing. When I contacted the company, I got an immediate and personal response. Through several email exchanges I was able to order exactly what I wanted. I have never been so impressed with customer service in my very long life! Well done. Excellent product and fantastic employees. I'll be buying from this company again and again!

Pure But Not What I’d Hoped For Pure products but not what I was expecting as far as fragrance goes. I will gift these to someone. It said Eucalyptus Mint in bar soap and lotion. Did not smell like either. I appreciate how pure they are & the aluminum container for the lotion. I hope a Sandalwood or Cedar fragrance will be offered. I would be a repeat customer forever.

The actual handwashing soap is… The actual handwashing soap is phenomenal! It takes a very small amount to get a good lather. The body wash, on the other hand, does not lather very well. It does not have the same viscosity, therefore, requires a greater amount to obtain the same sudsy effect. It smells great but falls short of the hand soap.
